Join for a fascinating and delicious morning with author Peter Kuitenbrouwer, R.P.F., author of Maple Syrup: A Short History of Canada's Sweetest Obsession! Peter began his career as a journalist, writing for national publications including the National Post and The Globe and Mail. After earning his Master of Forest Conservation from the University of Toronto, Peter now helps clients manage their forests and has authored three books!

Come discover the fascinating history, stories and traditions behind Canada's favourite sweet treat! 🍁  Following the presentation, enjoy a delicious pancake brunch topped with maple syrup! 🥞🍁
