The 2026 Stirling and District Horticultural Society's Pumpkin and Scarecrow Festival & Fall Yard Sale

Sunday, September 27th from 12:30pm to 3:00pm
Farmtown Park Museum - 437 W Front Street, Stirling

This spring, the Stirling and District Horticultural Society donated pumpkin seeds to local children to encourage them to plant pumpkin seeds! This festival is a celebration of the pumpkin seeds growing... (or not!). 

Open to kids and community members of all ages, this festival is a follow up to show off your home grown pumpkins and participate in fun contests. If you didn't grow a pumpkin, grab yourself a pumpkin and celebrate in other contests. The Horticultural Society is encouraging kids of all ages to participate in The Greatest Scarecrow Contest and The Taste of Pumpkin Baking Contests. There will also be a yard sale and children's programming. Prizes will be awarded!
